• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Location: Albany, Georgia
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit / Critical Care
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• End Date: February 15, 2027
• Duration: 24 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend
• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Unit Type: ICU with cardiac and post-procedure critical care patients

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong experience with cardiac procedures, cath lab interventions, STEMI care, and post-code patients
• Comfortable caring for medical ICU and surgical ICU patients when needed
• Meditech charting experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Monitor and respond to complex cardiac and post-intervention patient needs
• Care for patients recovering from cath lab, interventional radiology, and post-code events
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the charting system
• Maintain a patient-focused approach while adapting to changing acuity levels and unit needs
