Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ICU RN will be responsible for monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications, performing assessments, and providing specialized nursing care. To be successful as an ICU RN, you should have strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition. A good ICU RN is attentive, compassionate, and professional while working effectively with doctors and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other critical parameters.
- Manage ventilators and other critical-care equipment as required.
- Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
- Assist with emergency procedures and life-saving interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements: Must have a GA or Compact license. Must have ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Certification Charting: EPIC experience required Must have 1 Year Experience.
