Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct clinical care to ICU patients, supervising staff, and supporting the healthcare facility's quality and safety standards. Job Details:

- Shift Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

- Required Qualifications: Certifications such as RN license, relevant nursing degrees, 3 years of ICU experience, Massachusetts residency or proper licensing, and BLS certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in critical care settings, familiarity with electronic medical records systems, and strong leadership skills.
- Additional Information: This is a non-trauma hospital setting located over 250 miles from a trauma center. Nurses can park in visitor parking and will need to enter on the North side, then cross over to the south side and take the elevator to the first floor. Shifts in the operating room are 8s, 10s, and 12s. The facility provides dedicated scrubs for travelers, who wear the same color as staff. Call rotation includes one first call (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and one second call (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.) per month, with one weekend day every other month.
