Join a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit (ICU) providing advanced care for critically ill adult patients in a collaborative environment.
📍 Location: Nationwide Travel Opportunity
🩺 Specialty: ICU Registered Nurse
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
✅ Recent ICU/Critical Care experience
✅ Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
✅ Experience caring for high-acuity, critically ill patients
Unit Highlights:
- 24-bed Intensive Care Unit
- Nurse-to-patient ratio:
- 1:1 for highest-acuity patients
- 1:2–3 for standard ICU assignments
- Diverse patient population including:
- Medical
- Neurology
- Cardiac
- Gastrointestinal (GI)
- Renal
- Common diagnoses:
- Sepsis
- Trauma
- Post-Surgical patients
- Complex critical care cases
- Cares for all complex ICU patients except fresh open-heart surgery
