The House Supervisor is like a charge nurse for the entire hospital. They respond to most codes(cardiac, rapid response, agitated patients), they make patient bed assignments, coordinate care and deal with issues when they cannot be resolved in the unit.
Nurses with ED experience tend to do the best in this role.
Variable Shift • 3 x 12s. • Prefer rotating mostly days, with occasional nights. • Rotating days of week • Shift times: 0600 to 1830, occasional 1800 to 0630.
• Certs: ACLS, PALS, Teams Advanced • Experience: Problem solver, critical care or ED helpful • Years of Experience: 5+ pr
