** Must have hospice experience 1 yr or greater**
Distance/Counties covered: Harrison, Barbour, Upshur, Lewis, Taylor, Doddridge, Wetzel. It is our Clarksburg location and they cover 7 counties but will be a smaller area and work between 2 RN’s.
# patients treated per day: 5-6 visits in 8 hours. Certs Required BLS, WV license
Common diagnosis / Types of patients Terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities. Cancer, heart disease, lung disease, dementia all end stage diseases.
