Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Oregon and Washington Registered Nurse (RN) licenses, valid driver's license, auto insurance, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home healthcare settings is preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves utilizing Epic charting system and a laptop for documentation. Candidates should be prepared for on-call responsibilities and potentially working one weekend per month. Coverage area is within inner northeast Portland, with an approximate travel distance of 50 miles per day. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare settings.
