LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in John Day, Oregon.

-We currently see on average 6-9 patients per day. That is a mix of home care and hospice patients.
-We use Cerner for our Home Care patients and Kinnser-Wellsky for our Hospice patients.
-We have 4 department-owned vehicles that staff use daily. We try very hard not to have staff use their personal vehicle when seeing patients.
Home Health / Hospice
Will be doing both Home Health and Hospice services in patients homes.
Days, 8's, with call
Taking call is expected/required. It is 16 hours on weeknights and 24h/day on the weekends.
BLS, OR license at submission
Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
