Job Summary:
Home Health Registered Nurse West Portland, Oregon. This outpatient nursing role involves providing comprehensive home health services to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical protocols. The position starts as soon as possible, with a scheduled shift of 8 hours during daytime hours, at least 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour daytime shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Oregon State Licensure, Oregon State Licensure, BLS certification, 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience, and valid drivers license. First-timers accepted.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting in EPIC or Rover systems, previous hospital or home health experience, and familiarity with complex wound care and infusion management.
- Additional Information:
- Travel radius of approximately 60 miles per day; occasional driving within this range expected.
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
- Open to local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate.
- Facility requires primary series COVID-19 vaccination and Oasis certification.
- No on-call requirements.
- Candidates must be able to work a block schedule without modifications.
- Must support working minimum three of five designated holidays.
- Submission must include responses to prior experience questions and references.
- Candidate responses regarding prior work at any Providence facility are required during application.
