Registered nurse; 1 year Home Health experience REQUIRED; >3 mo OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED. Floating to cover Kauai, Maui, and/or Big Island may be occasionally required (all float expenses paid).
Days 5x8s; 25 units productivity per week; no on call; scrubs (any color) and closed-toed shoes required

Post amputation; Post Total Joint Replacement; Administration of blood/blood products; Care and management of peripheral IVs/ central lines/ports; IV start skills; Phlebotomy skills; Clinical assessment documentation; Coordinate services; Infection Control Precautions; Obtain Vital Signs; Oxygen safety/administration
Skills Preferred: Psych Home Health; Tracheostomy care; HCHB documentation
