Hospice RN – Home Health Travel
Location: Clarksburg, WV
Assignment: 13 Weeks | Start Date: Aug 18, 2026
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Hospice RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care to terminally ill patients in their homes and nursing facilities. The RN will provide skilled nursing assessments, symptom management, medication coordination, patient/family education, and collaborate with the hospice care team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of hospice experience required
- Active WV RN license required
- BLS (AHA) required
- EPIC experience
- 5–6 patient visits per 8-hour shift
- Coverage includes Harrison, Barbour, Upshur, Lewis, Taylor, Doddridge, and Wetzel counties
- No weekends or holidays
