Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) West Salem/Keizer area and surrounding regions. This position offers an opportunity to provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting, focusing on adult and geriatric patient populations. The role involves conducting assessments, managing wound care, medication management, and patient education, with a focus on delivering quality care in a community-based environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/21/2026 and ending 12/21/2026.
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of skilled home health experience, Oasis electronic medical records experience, BCLS certification, Oregon or Compact state license in hand upon submission.
- Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting experience highly preferred.
- Patient Ratios: May visit up to 6 patients per day; standard productivity points apply.
- Additional Information:
- No on-call duties required.
- No float between units.
- Local candidates within 50 miles are considered at lower travel risk.
- May need to work some weekends and holidays, with specific scheduling requested upfront.
- The traveler is expected to have their own transportation; travel within a feasible radius of 50+ miles may be required to group client visits efficiently.
- Must have COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster.
- Expectation to work in any color scrubs or business casual attire (no blue denim).
- Credentialing and compliance requirements include providing two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
