- BLS (AHA) — required
- Home Health experience
- Hospice experience
- Travel experience
- Comfortable seeing 5–6 patients/day
- Able to manage 25–30 points/week
- Willing to work both Home Health & Hospice
- Experience with OASIS/routine visits
- Primarily geriatric patients, with occasional pediatrics
- Cerner experience
