- 1 year of Home Health experience
- 1 year of OASIS documentation experience – HARD REQUIREMENT
- HI RN License in hand
- BLS – AHA only
- HeartCode not accepted
- Travel experience not required

- Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
