Required skills:
- Must have an infusion experience. Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only
- Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
- IV skills and wound care
- General Medical Dx
- High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke
- Post-op care
- Certs required: BCLS
