🏥 LTC Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract: 10 Weeks
🕐 Shift: Nights – 5:30 PM–6:00 AM
📆 Schedule: 12-hour shifts
💰 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
💡 Quick Overview
- LTC RN position in a 20-bed Long-Term Care / 17-bed Rehab facility
- 1:17–20 RN-to-patient ratio
- Recent LTC/Post-Acute experience required
- Acute care experience may be accepted in lieu of LTC for experienced RNs
- Local candidates accepted
- Clinical interview required
- Facility was recognized by U.S. News as a Best Nursing Home for 2025
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Recent LTC/Post-Acute experience strongly preferred
- WI RN License
- BLS – AHA
- Associate Degree or Certificate
- Epic experience preferred
- Pyxis experience highly preferred
- Travel experience strongly preferred
