Patient Volume

• Average Patients/Day: 5–8 patients
• Types of Cases: Start of Care (SOC), wound care, follow-up visits, and other home health visits

Productivity / Points

• Points: 30 points per week
• Each visit/activity has a different point value, including:
  • Patient visits
  • Documentation
  • Travel
  • Other assigned activities
• Contractors are typically assigned 5–10 patients per day, averaging approximately 6–8 points per day

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 full year of recent Adult Home Health experience, OR
• 1 full year of Hospice experience, depending on the specialty
• First-time travelers: ❌ Not accepted
• Must have recent specialty experience

• Weekend Requirement: Varies by location and profession; discuss during the interview

Certifications

• CPR/BLS: Required

Territory / Travel

• Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
• Mileage reimbursement: IRS standard mileage rate
• Mileage is reimbursed from patient home to patient home
• Travel from home to the first patient and last patient back home is not billable/reimbursable
