Description:Unit Information: Name of Unit (Dept #) Facility: HCA Mission Hospital Address: 509 Biltmore Floor: 2 Building: Cost Center: 73812 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds: 4 rooms Number of Staff: 25 Type of Staff: o Day Shift: 7a-530p, weekend call o Night Shift: Patient Ratios (Estimated) - 4 staff to 1 patient Type of Equipment: GE xray, RF ablation and PFA Documentation System: Cardiolab & Cerner Call Requirements: every 6th weekend 7a-12pm Sat/Sun Typical Hiring Profile Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH) BLS, ACLS, RN List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): electrophysiology Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) travel experience preferred, can scrub, monitor and circulate Dress Code: Scrub Color green : hospital provided Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, etc. General Comments No. of Positions: 1/1.
