Job Details
- Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
- Education Requirements: No specific degree requirement listed.
- Location Requirements: Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience and at least 2 years of specialty experience.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 48 hours per week.
- Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health (NIH), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system is preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves floating as needed, following attendance policies, and adhering to unit-specific dress code and grooming standards including scrubs in royal blue, clean and healthy nails, neat and trimmed hair, and body art coverage. Body piercings other than earrings are not allowed.
