Job description
HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Syracuse, New York.
Job Description & Requirements

- Employment Type: Travel
- Current BLS certification required and must be eligible for recertification.
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent RN experience within the past 2 years in an acute-care facility of similar size and level.
- Adult ED experience required.
- Pediatric patient/ED experience required — candidate must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience preferred, especially for travelers.
- Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size/acuity or trauma centers.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
- Must be willing to float to the Pediatric ED and other cross-campus AED locations as needed.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend and some holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills required.
