Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. This assignment involves working day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a focus on trauma and emergency care. The role requires prior travel experience, active VA or Compact licensure, and adherence to specific certifications and job specifications.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of emergency department experience in a similar-sized emergency room with trauma level 2 or level 1 designation; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications; trauma certification such as ATCN, TNCC, or ATLC; active VA or Compact license at the time of submission; all required approval documentation must be included in the submission packet.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior Cerner electronic medical record experience.
- Additional Information:
- Assignments start on 09/21/2026 and end on 12/19/2026.
- The role requires working every other weekend.
- Locals within 60 miles are not accepted.
- IVS approval from management is required.
- Client may cancel up to 36 hours prior to the start due to census changes.
- RTO (Request for Time Off) requests must be included in the submission packet.
- Candidates must have active state licenses; client accepts approved declinations for Covid/Flu vaccinations.
