Job Summary:
The Emergency Room (ER) Nursing professional is sought for a healthcare facility located in a dynamic care environment. This role involves providing high-quality patient care during evening shifts, with a focus on emergency response and clinical excellence. The position starts on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/24/2027, requiring a dedicated and adaptable nurse to meet the needs of the unit and patient population.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Evenings; 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications include AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Requires active TNCC certification or proof of class completion prior to start; NIHSS certification required prior to start. Valid license for the state of practice, or proof of application with applied date, is mandatory at the time of submission. Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable. Minimum of 1 year of emergency room (ER) specialty experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience and charge nurse experience are preferred.
  • Additional Information:
    • IVS to OFFER
    • No block schedules for any reason
    • Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays, with the next scheduled for 10/19
    • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
    • Complete work history details (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) are required for submission
    • Reliable transportation is strongly recommended, including vehicles equipped for all-season or snow tires from November to April
