Position: RN –Night Medical-Surgical / Emergency Department Facility
Please include interviewing availability The RN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient's care plan, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes. All nursing duties must be performed within the RN’s scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Responsibilities Include: • Assessing patient conditions and creating individualized care plans • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed • Monitoring and documenting patient responses and clinical progress • Educating patients and families on care plans, treatments and recovery • Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS: • Current Oregon RN license required • Current BLS/CPR certification required or ability to attain upon hire • ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire • ER and/or OB experience preferred, with a willingness to orient to both departments.
