Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will assess, prioritize, and manage patients while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Assess and triage patients based on clinical needs
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes promptly
Provide emergency and acute patient care
Communicate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Provide patient and family education
Respond appropriately to emergency situations
Maintain patient safety and follow hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
✅ Active California RN License
✅ BLS
✅ ACLS
✅ PALS
✅ Minimum 3 years of RN experience
✅ Emergency Room/ED experience
✅ Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start
✅ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
✅ Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
