Shift: 12-hour days
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour day shifts/week
Hours: 36 hours/week
Distance Requirement: Candidate must live at least 50 miles away
📋 Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of ER/ED RN experience
- Current RN license
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Travel experience preferred
- BSN highly desired, but not listed as strictly required
🎓 Required Certifications
All of these are required:
- NIHSS
- TNCC
- BLS
- PALS
- ACLS
🚨 ED Patient Population & Skills
This is a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department that treats a wide range of patients:
- Urgent-care patients
- Psychiatric patients
- Pediatric patients
- Critical-care patients
- Trauma patients
The ED nurses are expected to have experience with:
- Medication titrations
- Arterial lines
- Massive blood transfusions
- Chest tubes
- Complex nursing care
