Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The RN will assess, prioritize, and manage patients while working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Assess and triage patients based on clinical condition
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
Provide emergency and acute nursing care
Communicate patient status and changes to physicians and care team
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Provide patient and family education
Respond effectively to emergency situations
Maintain patient safety and infection-control standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
✅ Active California RN License
✅ BLS
✅ ACLS
✅ PALS
✅ Minimum 3 years of RN experience
✅ Emergency Room/ED experience
✅ Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start
✅ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
✅ Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
