Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Wisconsin RN licensure, education verification, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), and either TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TNS (Trauma Nursing Society) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role includes responsibilities such as utilizing the nursing process, administering medications and treatments, documenting patient care, performing assessments, developing patient care plans, participating in performance improvement activities, and supporting department initiatives.
