We’re hiring an experienced **Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)** for a travel assignment in Hawaii!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• **Minimum 3 years of ER nursing experience required**
• Active **Hawaii RN License required by start date**
• **BLS required**
• **ACLS required**
• **PALS required**
• Procedural Sedation certification preferred
• TNCC preferred
• ENPC preferred
• Strong emergency/trauma nursing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-turnover ED

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Day shifts**
• **3 × 12-hour shifts/week**
• 36 hours/week
• **No guaranteed hours**
• Holiday coverage required
• **EPIC EMR**
• 3 positions available
• W-2 employment only
• No on-call requirement listed
🔹 **Emergency Department:**
• **28-bed Emergency Department**
• 4 trauma bays
• 2 behavioral health rooms
• 22 cardiac-monitor rooms
• Fast-paced environment
• High patient turnover
• Team-oriented care setting

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan
• Perform rapid triage and comprehensive assessments
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and emergency treatments
• Assist with trauma and critical-care interventions
• Provide care for behavioral health patients
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Follow emergency, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols
• Provide efficient, compassionate care in a high-volume ED
