Experience & Qualifications
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience required.
- Education & License: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN) required. Active Registered Nurse license in Indiana (or compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required.
Clinical & Unit Overview
- Role Focus: Professional nursing care centered on patient and family-centered care, safety, and quality outcomes.
- Responsibilities: Performing comprehensive assessments, implementing care plans, monitoring clinical responses, and supervising licensed/non-licensed personnel using the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care.
