- Strong Emergency Department skills required
- Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills
- Fast-paced adult community emergency department with a high admission rate
- Department Size: 16 beds
- Annual Volume: Approximately 25,000 cases
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3–4
- Patient Population: Primarily adult emergency care with minimal trauma or pediatric cases
