Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Bakersfield, California. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The ER Nurse will supervise and coordinate care with team members while utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and adherence to established standards of care to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification required; AHA- BLS or ARC-BLS required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS required; 3 years of recent emergency department experience required
