Job Description:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department to provide care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role requires proficient use of Epic EMR and involves working with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Barcode scanning medication administration
• Managing medication drips
• Blood product administration
• Performing triage and passing a hospital Triage Test
• Setting up chest tubes and arterial lines
• Assisting with trauma and code cases
• Splinting and managing bipap/vent patients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large volume ED with high acuity patients
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC certifications
• Experience in pediatric emergency medicine is preferred
• Experience with Point of Care Labs is a plus
