Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position available in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role involves providing high-quality clinical care to patients in the emergency department on evening shifts. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, as well as supervising staff to ensure safe and effective treatment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on patient safety and care excellence.
Job Details:
- Location: Framingham, MA
- Schedule: Evenings, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience in emergency care, Massachusetts licensure or eligibility, and graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Preferred Qualifications: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and experience supervising staff or leading a team
- Additional Information: The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
