Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will provide comprehensive care to patients from pediatric to geriatric, handling cases such as trauma, STEMI, sepsis, and respiratory issues. The role requires skilled decision-making in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care in a Level III Trauma Center environment.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and administer IV and medication under ED protocols.
• Perform procedural sedation and blood administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI/MOAB certifications required.
• Recent experience with Epic charting system.
