🫀 Focus: Post-cardiac surgery patients directly from the OR
Patient Population:
- CABG & valve surgeries
- Ross procedures
- Thoracic patients
- Aortic dissections
- Complex ICU patients
Required Skills:
- Titrate sedation & vasoactive drips
- Chest tube & line removal
- Patient mobilization & daily weights
- Strong post-op cardiac ICU experience
Advanced Devices:
- CRRT
- Tablo & Aquadex
- Impella
- IABP
- HeartMate III
- External VAD
- ECMO
