Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in a general setting. This role involves providing critical care services in an ICU environment, with shifts scheduled during nights. The position is suitable for professionals with a minimum of two years of ICU experience and current licensure. The assignment is intended to start as soon as possible and will run through December 14, 2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of two years of ICU experience, current credentials, and the ability to start immediately.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a float nursing role in an ICU setting, familiarity with MEDHOST electronic medical records system, and navy scrubs.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This position involves covering critical care units with a patient ratio ranging from 2:1 to 4:1. The candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility and include the home address on submission. SSN should be provided on the candidates tax documentation only.
