Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Shift: Days – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week
Contract: 13 weeks
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, quality nursing care to assigned patients.
- Assess patients and monitor their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active SD RN License or Compact RN License – IN HAND, REQUIRED
- BLS – Required
- Must confirm preferred schedule: 8-hour days or 10-hour days
- Must be available for 40 hours/week
- No prior permanent employment with Avera or Sanford accepted.
