- Hospital experience is a MUST
- Care coordination + discharge planning experience — REQUIRED
- Epic experience — REQUIRED
- California RN/appropriate state license — required
- Acute-care experience is essential
- Experience with InterQual criteria and DRGs
- Experience arranging DME, SNF, and ambulance transportation
- Experience with patient assessments and treatment-plan developmen
