LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Requirements
Active RN license in the state of practice – Required
BLS/CPR from an approved provider – Required
AHA ACLS or ARC ALS – Required
BSN – Preferred
Acute care facility experience – Preferred
Cath Lab experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
Provide coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards.
Assess patients, analyze clinical data, and identify care needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote patient safety and a healing, supportive care environment.
Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
Appropriately delegate responsibilities and coordinate healthcare team activities.
Use critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion in patient care.
