Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cardiac Cath Lab) nurse position located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care, circulating, and monitoring interventional cardiac catheterizations and invasive vascular procedures. Candidates should have experience with coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and related procedures. Shifts primarily during daytime hours with the possibility of STEMI call, with scheduling to be discussed during contract negotiations.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid State License Verification, experience in cardiac catheterization procedures, knowledge of supplies and devices used in coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and invasive vascular procedures, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, no specific location requirements, and certification as required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with STEMI call, proficiency in circulating and monitoring interventional procedures.
- Additional Information: The position involves providing advanced patient monitoring and circulating duties during invasive cardiac procedures. Availability for shifts during daytime hours is required, and scheduling may include STEMI call rotations.
