Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse position in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the treatment process.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience, preferably including experience in interventional or cardiac cath lab settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Professional certification related to cardiac or invasive cardiology is advantageous.
- Additional Information: The position involves direct patient care related to cardiac procedures, including pre- and post-procedure assessments, monitoring during interventions, and patient education. The nurse will coordinate with physicians and technical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
