🏥 Overseeing CVICU, ICU + future SICU
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2–5 years of Nurse Manager or Director experience
✔️ BSN required
✔️ MSN or MBA preferred
✔️ Medical ICU + CVICU clinical or leadership experience
✔️ CCRN
✔️ Strong critical care leadership background
Leadership Experience With:
• Quality & patient outcomes — CLABSI, CAUTI, VAP & Sepsis
• Leading quality improvement initiatives
• Joint Commission readiness & CMS standards
• Budget development & productivity management
• Capital budget planning
• ICU flow optimization
• Integrating care models across multiple ICUs
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Leading cultural transformation & managing resistance
• Building relationships and influencing diverse teams
