RN Hospice Director/Administrator –
Must-Have:
- Active Texas RN License
- Leadership/administrative experience in hospice
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide direct patient care when needed
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of hospice regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage quality improvement, budgets, billing/charges, and operational metrics
- Strong communication and community/public-relations skills
- Willingness to work in a clinical + office environment
- Ideally open to Temp-to-Perm
Preferred:
- BSN
- 2+ years of hospice administration experience
- Hospice-specific administrative education; 16 hours required within 12 months of hire
