Required Experience
3+ years Clinical Instructor/Educator experience (Required)
5+ years RN experience (Required)
Minimum 2 years as Staff RN in one of the following specialties: ICU, ER, OB, OR
Required Licenses & Certifications
- Active RN License (Alaska or eligible)
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical education programs
- Develop and deliver nursing training and competency programs
- Coordinate BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC education
- Oversee Trauma Registry Program
- Support trauma designation and compliance activities
- Conduct audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise clinical education and trauma registrar staff
- Work with nursing leadership on education and professional development
Overtime 5x hourly - $98.75
