Registered Nurse – PCU/Step Down
Location- San Luis Obispo, CA
Shift- Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12s)
Guaranteed Hours- 36 hrs/week
Contract Length- 13 Weeks
Pay Package:
- Weekly Gross: $2,100
- W2 Rate /Hr (1–8 hrs): $25
W2 Rate /Hr (9–12 hrs): $37.50 - Weekly Stipend: $1,050
Additional Benefits:
- 24 hrs Paid Orientation
- 13 hrs Paid Sick Leave
Job Description:
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Step-Down RN required
- Minimum 6 months of cardiac step-down or telemetry experience within the last 2 years preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Must be able to interpret ECG rhythms and manage patients during life-threatening emergencies
- Float to Med/Surg as needed
- Basic Dysrhythmia and Critical Care experience preferred
- EPIC experience
