Job Description
- 3 years of Director of Nursing - Operating room Recent Experience - required
- High school/Associate degree - required
- RN - MI License - required
- BLS - AHA - required
3 years Director of OR experience - [REQUIRED] BLS (AHA) Key Responsibilities Staff Leadership: Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel. Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency. Budget Management: Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation. Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards.
