Travel Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Location: 2220 N. Druid Hills Road, Atlanta, GA 30329
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3×12-Hour Night Shifts (36 Hours/Week)
Weekend Block: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Nights
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Level IV/Surgical NICU experience
- Active RN license
- AHA BLS (Required)
- PALS (Required)
- NRP (Preferred)
- Must be willing to float to other units as needed
Unit Details
Experience caring for critically ill neonates with diagnoses including:
- Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH)
- Meconium Aspiration Syndrome (MAS)
- Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC)
- Tracheoesophageal Fistula/Esophageal Atresia (TEF/EA)
- Abdominal Wall Defects
- Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD)
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Pre-, Peri-, and Post-Operative Surgical NICU Patients
Important Information
- Must work at least one holiday if it falls during the assignment.
- Nicotine-free facility.
- Nicotine testing is required along with the pre-employment drug screen (no exceptions).
- Flu vaccination is required during flu season. No medical or religious exemptions will be accepted.
