Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience required
• Experience caring for critically ill infants and premature newborns
• Required certifications must be completed prior to start
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide safe, attentive patient care
• Must meet travel nurse eligibility guidelines

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled bedside nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Educate and support families with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow all unit protocols
