Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU provides comprehensive care for neonatal patients requiring a range of medical interventions, particularly focusing on Level II NICU conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills and adaptability in a dynamic care environment, including participating in a weekend and holiday rotation and possibly floating to a sister facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to NICU Level II patients.
• Administer medications and manage ventilatory support as needed.
• Collaborate with NNPs and neonatologists for patient care management.
• Participate in patient assessments and update care plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience, within the past 6 months.
• BLS & NRP certifications required; STABLE preferred.
• Completion of Sim Lab training on foley catheter insertion on Day 1.
• Licensure as an RN in the state of Arizona.
