**Exciting Opportunity for a NICU RN!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU - Work at a prestigious 815-bed acute care facility in Asheville, North Carolina - Engage in a supportive and friendly atmosphere with opportunities for professional growth - Collaborate with a diverse staff of 120, including: - Day Shift: 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 Respiratory Therapists, and techs - Night Shift: 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 Respiratory Therapists - Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4 for optimal care - Utilize advanced equipment and EMR system, Cerner - Essential Qualifications: - 2+ years of Level III or higher NICU experience - Required Certifications: NRP - Float to areas including: - Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only) - Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
